Job Summary:
Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: traffic control, pulverization of existing AC pavement, demolition of existing PCC curbs & gutters and HC ramps, construction staking, new concrete curb & gutter, ADA concrete HC ramps, adjust utilities to grade, water system adjustments, water meter installations, water service line relocations, storm drain system construction (drainage inlets, storm drain laterals, storm drain main, infiltration galleries, and treatment basin discharge improvement) sanitary sewer lateral relocations, electrical conduit, electrical pull boxes, standard City of South Lake Tahoe streetlights, AC paving, pavement striping, signage, landscaping, irrigation, Best Management Practices, compliance with regulatory permits, establishing vegetation on areas disturbed by construction activity, and all other work as described in the Contract Documents, including, without limitation, project construction drawings, bid documents, Special Provisions, City of South Lake Tahoe Public Improvements and Engineering Standards, and 2015 edition of California Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications.

Job Summary:
The Meeks Bay Trail (Schedule A) is located on the west shore of Lake Tahoe approximately 10 miles south of Tahoe City and 18 miles northwest of South Lake Tahoe in eastern El Dorado County, California. The project includes construction of a 0.7-mile long Class 1 Bike Path on a new alignment. The bike path will start at the Meeks Bay Resort & Marina and end at the existing path near Sugar Pine Point State Park. Project improvements include a bike/pedestrian Geosynthetic Reinforced Soil-Integrated Bridge System (GRS-IBS) over a drainage channel, bicycle railings, rockeries, and water quality features to treat runoff from the SR 89 ROW. The project includes four crossings of private driveways and one crossing of a culvert. The Tahoe City Sidewalk and Bike Trail Project (Option X) is located in Tahoe City, California near the SR 89 and SR 28 intersection area. The project includes 0.4 miles of bike path construction, broken into three separate locations. The project also includes 0.25 miles of sidewalk construction at three separate locations. The project also includes the addition of lighting infrastructure along West Lake Boulevard. The project will tie into the existing Truckee River Bridge project.


Weyland Bridge Re-Installation:

Contract:  $907,863.00
Location: Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park
Job Summary:
Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies needed to reinstall the Weyland Bridge at Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park in Monterey County, California. The bridge was removed and placed adjacent to the site in fall of 2008 as an emergency preparation for flood and debris flow from an upstream forest fire, the State desires to reinstall the bridge. Work includes but is not limited to inspection, reinstallation or salvage of the existing timber bridge structures, excavation of backfill behind the existing concrete foundations, construction of new bridge foundation reinforcement and anchorage, construction of timber bridge structures on retrofit foundations using re-used or new timber, installation of bridge rails, replacement of water valves and water line, installation of electrical and communication service to existing USGS river gauge station, road paving, and erosion control.
